Shipping Info

Currently only UK shipping is available when ordering online, however if you are an international customer get in touch via email and I will send you a shipping quote.

Due to the weight, fragility and amount of packaging needed to ship ceramics, postage fees can often seem quite high - please note, I do not make any profit from postage. UK postage costs start from £5. Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Evri.

Orders will be dispatched within 7 days of the order date. If you’d like something a.s.a.p get in touch and I will prioritise getting that sent out sooner.

Parcels may take longer to arrive during high traffic periods such as Christmas or if there are any industrial strikes happening.

Packaging

I use all recycled / recyclable materials to package your orders. Sometimes my boxes aren’t the prettiest to open as my main concern is getting your items safely to you, whilst still trying to minimise my impact on the planet - this means there could be a mix of recycled papers all used together, re-used bubblewrap or second hand boxes with previous labels on them. Any new packaging that I buy is reusable, recyclable or biodegradable.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch via email within 7 days. Unfortunately I am unable to cover the cost of return postage and items will need to be returned safely before a refund is issued. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email me some photos of the box & item(s) - I can either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note - I do not offer refunds on items listed as ‘seconds’ or ‘samples’ and bespoke orders (items that have been made to order). Any international orders are considered final purchase and are not eligible for returns, unless there is a fault with an item.
